Cana Island Lighthouse

This 89-foot-tall lighthouse was built in 1870 and was one of the first structures in the area to be made of cream city brick - a building material made of natural clay found around Milwaukee. Today it still guides ships near Baileys Harbor in Lake Michigan. (Submitted by Monika Benitez)
