Parkersburg's Indian Muffler Man

Bearing the typically firm and muscular physique of an Indian, this Muffler Man proudly goes shirtless. He has one buff arm raise high in the air greeting visitors driving on Highway 95. His home is the parking lot of the Cherokee Village Title and License Center making it easy for people to park and take selfies.
