The Neptune Maquette

A magnificent 7-foot-tall bronze statue depicting the Roman God of the Sea found its new home at the northern end of the Cape Charles boardwalk, close to the intersection of Washington and Jefferson Avenue. The talented artist Paul DiPasquale was the sculptor behind this awe-inspiring creation, which serves as the model, or maquette, for the renowned 34-foot-tall King Neptune statue proudly standing on Virginia Beach's boardwalk.
