Lovework in Cape Charles

The LOVEwork in Cape Charles beautifully embodies the town's essence, intertwining history and community through thoughtfully chosen materials. Each letter symbolizes a key aspect of Cape Charles: the "L" crafted from sea glass and seashells symbolizes the bayside community, while the "O" ingeniously utilizes a tractor tire to pay homage to agriculture. The letter "V" ingeniously incorporates kayaks, celebrating outdoor adventures, and the "E" creatively features crab pots, representing aquaculture. Situated adjacent to the fishing pier and at the end of the public beach on Town property, the LOVEwork beckons visitors to capture cherished memories, encouraging them to share their joy with the hashtag #LOVEVA.
