Franklin Mountain: West Overlook 1

West Overlook 1 is a scenic viewpoint located on the Franklin Mountains in El Paso, Texas. It's situated along the TX-375 Loop, also known as the Cesar Chavez Border Highway, and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding desert landscape. The overlook is easily accessible by car and features a small parking area at the top of the mountain. From there, visitors can walk a short distance to the overlook platform and take in the stunning views of El Paso, Juarez, and the surrounding mountains.
