This nonprofit nature center and botanical garden focuses on the flora and fauna of the Chihuahuan Desert. It includes grasslands, oaks, old volcanic mountains, springs, and wetlands. The botanical garden is home to 165 species of plants, while the nature center has about 200 species of cacti. The trails have great views especially at Clayton Overlook. Finish off your trip with some purchases at the well-stocked gift shop! (Submitted by CJ Boales)
