Stone Spiral Arch Bridge

The stone spiral arch bridge is a great place to hike because the area is shaded and the walk is refreshing and easy. If you know where you're heading, you can find this beautiful bridge that looks like a brick spiral. The years have taken a toll, so it probably would be a good idea to visit this bridge sooner than later. Incredibly, so much work went into this beautiful structure that serves modest purposes. The main path goes through a swirled-arch tunnel while the upper level provides passage across the creek. You can get to the bridge quickly by entering the trail from Chamounix Mansion Park by the equestrian building and heading in. It's probably less than a 1/2 mile walk to the bridge.
