Astoria Megler Bridge

Stretching about 4 miles, this truss bridge crosses the lower Columbia River. Take pictures from afar, but drive over the bridge to get the full experience. It's the most interesting and perhaps the most beautiful way to cross from Washington to Oregon (or vice versa). It's an amazing feat of engineering as you'll be driving high above the water, possibly matching the height of seagulls looking for food.
