Description:

Schwabl’s in West Seneca dates back to 1837, when Sebastian Schwabl began serving hearty meals to the Buffalo region, and the restaurant later moved to its longtime West Seneca home in 1942. Over many generations it became a beloved institution known for its old world charm and classic Buffalo comfort food. Today it remains famous for its signature beef on weck, featuring hand carved roast beef on a kummelweck roll, along with favorites like German potato salad, soups, and traditional roast beef dinners.
