Fort William Henry Museum

This replica of a French and Indian War-era Colonial fortress gives an accurately rendered view of what it would have been like to live in this area in the mid 1700s. Guided tours given by docents dressed in 18th-century garb give you the authentic vibe of stepping back in time. At times spooky the museum has been featured in "Ghost Hunters" and "DeCrypters."
