The Mead-Penhall Residence, designed by architect Bart Prince, is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and constructed between 1992 and 1993. This home, built on the last vacant lot in a previously developed neighborhood surrounded by existing houses on three sides, is elevated to offer stunning views of the distant mountains and valley. The design of the house was influenced by the clients' desire to showcase their collection of art and antique furniture within a contemporary setting.
