Tear Drop Memorial

A monument that carries an always-relevant message, this 10-story sculpture was created by Georgian-Russian artist Zurab Tsereteli and was dedicated on September 11, 2006. Bill Clinton and Vladimir Putin were both in attendance at the ceremony. It was a gift from the Russian government to the U.S. and was said to have cost around $12 million dollars.
