Jesse James Home Museum

This simple and small Greek Revival home marks the change in Jesse James' lifestyle - from notorious criminal to dedicated family man. Unfortunately, he was not to settle down peacefully - he was discovered here and killed in a shootout. As evidence of his violent end, there's a bullet hole in one of the walls - although it has been enlarged by vandals seeking a tangible piece of Jesse James history.
