Cotton Belt Freight Depot

Named for being an important stop in a cotton-trade route, the Cotton Belt Freight Depot saw its prime a long time ago. However, urban artists saw the long, thin structure as the perfect canvas for a giant mural - and thus painted a colorful, art-nouveau display of birds in flight. The abandoned building, while maintaining its structural integrity, also gives life to its industrial concrete and brick surroundings.
