Dedeaux's Giant Rocking Chair

The 35-foot white rocking chair is a fixture in front of Dedeaux Furniture Makers. While it may not actually be the largest as the sign claims, it probably is the most cared for. The sturdy chair still could not withstand the ravaging Hurricane Katrina. But concerned citizens came together to rebuild the landmark and now it looks even better than new.
