Winnewissa Falls

Joining with a creek in the Pipestone National Monument Park, the Winnewissa Falls gush over the red stone. Take the ancient stone steps that lead to the top of the falls. After visiting the falls, see the demonstrations by third and fourth generation pipe makers showing the traditional way of the craft. The red pipestone was used by Native Americans to make special pipes.
