Otto the Big Otter

Otto the Big Otter resides in Fergus Falls, Minnesota which has been his home since 1972. He was birthed by local high school students who wished to contribute to the town's centennial celebration. He's made of concrete and even makes a nice tonal sound if you lightly knock on his body. Although he's the perfect shape and height to climb upon and take otter-riding selfies with, a sign warns visitors to refrain from he temptation. (Submitted by Dennis Sanford)
