Utica Covered Bridge

Not to be confused with the nearby Loy's Station Covered Bridge, this Burr truss wooden bridge was built in 1850. Its location is nestled in the foothills of the Catoctin Mountains. Accessible to motor vehicles, those with oversized trucks should probably take another route. The bridge is nicely maintained and is surrounded by green pastures for those who want to picnic or stroll around the are.
