Thunder Hole is a natural inlet where a wave, under the right conditions, will cause a thunderously loud crashing sound. To maximize your chances of seeing and hearing this natural event, arrive about an hour before high tide. Even if you don't get to witness this miracle the surrounding cliffs and ocean are a spectacular sight.
