Stephen King may have single-handedly put Bangor on the map with his Victorian-style house enclosed by the signature wrought iron gate styled like a spider web with bats perched on top. While the celebrated horror author is known to be affable and unaffected keep a respectful distance from the gate. Take some photos and move on...you don't want to be mistaken for his Number One Fan!
