Merriman's Big Island

The flagship restaurant of Chef Peter Merriman is located in a serenely picturesque spot in Waimea. Expect outstanding service, great cocktails, and a menu that integrates local traditional cuisine with other international cuisines. Also expect to spend a good chunk of change; this place is pricey! Oh, and we had one of the best iced teas of our lives here, tea provided by locally owned Hobbs Tea.
