Rock Garden

One of the most productive retirement projects ever, this pebble fantasy-land was started by DeWitt Boyd as a way to fill up his free time. He created a delightful assortment of houses, castles, and cathedrals. You might even recognize a few such as the Notre Dame and the Colosseum. Other artists contributed pebble sculptures as well. The garden is located behind the Calhoun Seventh Day Adventist church and is free to visit. (Photo by May M)
