Giant Stainless Steel Falcon

Captured just as it is going to take flight in front of Atlanta Stadium this eye-catching falcon was put together using thousands of stainless steel pieces and then set upon a giant bronze football. The entire work created by Hungarian artist Gábor Miklós Szőke stands about four stories tall and weighs 73,000 pounds. The metallic bird of prey is one of the largest avian sculptures in the world.
