The Strand Theatre is a historic theater located at 527 Duval Street in Key West. It was built in 1921 and originally operated as a silent movie theater. The theater was designed by Kiehnel and Elliott, a prominent architectural firm based in Miami. Today, the Strand Theatre is once again a popular destination for locals and visitors to Key West. It's been converted into a performing arts center with a stage and seating for over 400 people. The theater hosts a wide range of performances, including plays, concerts, and dance performances.
