Over time it became famous for its coal fired oven technique, thin charred crust, and commitment to traditional ingredients, eventually expanding to multiple locations while keeping its original shop at the center of the brand. The most popular dish is the White Clam Pizza, a crisp and savory pie topped with fresh clams, garlic, olive oil, and pecorino. Other favorites include the classic Original Tomato Pie along with pepperoni, sausage, and other traditional apizza variations.
