Dairy Block

Capitalizing on the trend of turning industrial spaces into upscale shopping and dining centers, Dairy Block is a historical part of Denver's LoDo neighborhood. It was once home to Windsor Dairy, but now houses 15 shops, 19 restaurants, 7 bars, a luxury coworking space, and a 172-room hotel. It's Denver's premier spot for tasting wines, trying modern culinary dishes, and finding unique goods at independently-operated boutiques. (Submitted by Steve E)
