Description:
The Pudding Creek Trestle in Fort Bragg, California, is a historic wooden bridge built in 1916 as part of the Ten Mile Railroad, which transported redwood logs to the Union Lumber Company mill . Spanning 527 feet in length and standing 44 feet high, the trestle was used for rail traffic until 1949, after which it served as a logging truck route . Restored in 2007, it now serves as a pedestrian and bicycle path within MacKerricher State Park, offering scenic views of the Pacific Ocean and a glimpse into the region's logging history.
