Neon installation artist Tory DiPietro created this 22-foot masterpiece as a message of unity during strange and dark times. Rainbow stripes of light frame the caption "Los Angeles" inside a bright red heart and greet drivers making their way home. While it only illuminates a small corner of the world, DiPietro hopes that "The Light at the End of the Tunnel" can be seen by everyone around the world.
