Smallest Church on Route 66

This tiny church can be found at 116 E 2nd St. (Route 66) in Winslow, AZ. It measures only 7 feet by 4.5 feet and can only seat two people and a minister on its two benches. It was built by a family in 2012 using lumber from the historic Skylark Bar which was previously located at the same spot. The church is dedicated to the memory of Leroy Austin Kenna, a long-time Route 66 businessman. The church's window is from Winslow's old Mormon church, adding to its historical significance. Although it may not be officially recognized as the smallest church in America, it certainly competes for that title with its tiny size and unique history.
