Norfolk Pagoda

Disguised as an observation tower, the pagoda with the gardens and fountain were a gift to Virginia from Taiwan. The lush grounds are often used as a wedding venue but are open to the public year round. It's rumored that it's a great spot to look for Pokémon too.
