Memphis Pyramid

The Great American Pyramid was built as a sports and entertainment arena although it is now used as a type of mall - complete with a Bass Pro Shops megastore, hotel, restaurants, a bowling alley, an archery range, and an observation deck. The pyramid is also the home of the tallest free-standing elevator in America - a glass and steel structure that slowly ascends up into the apex of the structure.
