Birthplace of Elvis Presley

The King was born in this simple, rectangular clapboard home a world away from his purchase of Graceland 22 years later. The young Presley family was very poor and moved out a few years after his birth. Elvis never forgot where he came from though, and returned to Tupelo a couple of times to raise money to benefit the small town.
